The system can be configured in several ways including:

• Limiting the number of loans a customer can have open.
• Limiting the amount of money a customer can borrow.
• Allow only managers to over-ride system settings.
• Decide which data fields are required to make a loan.
• Automatically lock out customers when they have an account written off.

There are several security functions including different security levels that can be set for each employee. This will allow you to decide which employees can reverse or void loans, write off old loans (bad debt), over-ride a customer lockout.

Once a customer is locked out of the system, no loans can be written on that customer unless the employee has a security level which allows that function. Customer lockouts are carried over to the title loan section as well.
